Janet Belarmino is not your average woman. She is a trailblazer, an adventurer, and an inspiration to many. Janet made history in 2007 when she became part of the first all-women team to traverse Mt. Everest from China to Nepal. But her adventures did not stop there.

 

Her husband Todd Forney, with whom she shares her passion for exploration, sailed around the world without an engine for 15 years. Together, they are founders of Explorers Pod, a platform where they share their experiences and inspire others to embark on their own adventures.

Currently, Janet and her family are onboard their sailboat and sailing around the world, traveling with a purpose. Despite facing challenges and obstacles along the way, they remain determined to fulfill their mission. Their journey serves as a reminder that anything is possible if you have the courage to pursue your dreams.
